Description Implement daily activities & follow up all HR procedures such as: 1. Recruitment & selection process, screening, interviewing and do the Orientation Program for new Employee. 2. Job analysis for all positions to conduct Job descriptions, matrix of authority, KPIs and manpower analysis. 3. Performance Appraisal system and Scorecard Balanced Methodology. 4. Annual Training Plan based on Training Needs Assessment. 5. Compensation & benefits, Motivation to enhancement of employee relations, all under supervision of HR Manager.
Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree 2. Certification in HR in a Must 3. Experience with at least 3 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills 1- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment 2- Good verbal and written communication skills.
