Description Evaluate processes risks levels and prepare the yearly audit schedule to be approved by the Audit Committee and Board Define and agree with management audits scope, risks to which processes under audit are subject to, conduct audits according to the board approved audit schedule, prepare audit reports and agree findings along with corresponding mitigation actions with management Ensure audits scopes and tests cover all required regulatory and legal compliance, along with processes main risks Prepare Audit Committee reports and manage all audit Committee meetings, providing opinion on the level of effectiveness of controls tested during audits
Qualifications •At least 4 years of experience in similar field •Knowledge of the insurance industry and financial services •Knowledge of IT controls and internal audit techniques •Knowledge of financial audit techniques •Knowledge of various rules, laws and regulations issued by any government office/regulator affecting life insurance operations and any related regulatory Issues
