Description — To proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow SME Business presence in the identified target segments — To maintain close contact and relationship with the clients in a way which ensures that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet — To sell actively agreed assets! Liabilities! Revenue numbers through ensuring trade! FX! Remittances transactional volumes, business Loans! other products of the Bank — To maintain close contact and relationship with the clients in a way which ensures that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet — To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG and CIBG and FX team so as to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, co-ordination and cross selling — Adhere to all policies with regards to KYC/AML as set out by the bank from time to time — Update line manger and MIS team , on daily sales activities for better controls on sales and services — Coordinate between call center & operation dept to sort out all customers complains related to his portfolio, handling Customer Complains through the call center
Qualifications • Banking sales & services experience with leadership qualities • 5-7 years plus relevant experience in local or international market • MBA or if regular graduate, adequate market experience • Excellent communication skills and interface ability • Highly communicative with exceptional negotiation skills
