Description 1-Follow-up the customers payments with the bank. 2-Entering the customers payments on the system. 3-Receiving customers purchase orders. 4-Creation of Customers sales orders. 5-Creation of daily dispatch table and communicating it to concerned parties. 6-Issuance of manual & system invoices. 7-Handling customers complains. 8-Reconciling daily issued orders with the system. 9-Helping customers in solving different types of needs they require (In or out ASEC) (e.g. Documentation, Legal papers required) 10-Preparation of Customers monthly reports.
Qualifications 1-Accounting or Sales background. 2-Minimum 2 year experience in the same field (Customer Service). 3-Customer oriented. 4-Dedicated and Self motivated 5-Willing to learn. 6-Computer skills (MS-Office , Internet, e-mail) 7-Language, Good English, written and spoken. 8-Able to be relocated, based on business needs.
