Description — Responsible for selling the companys project — Actively prospects new leads — Develop & increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation & meetings with clients — Actively follow up on existing clients — Prepare sales reports — Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales target to ensure accomplishment of the overall companys target — Ensure that all leads are effectively managed — Generate new agents accounts and following up with them
Qualifications 1. Has a good understanding of the Real Estate market in 6th of October City. 2. Has a friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily. 3. Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English. 4. Strong Communication skills in both languages English & Arabic. 5. Good attention to details. 6. Very well presented. 7. Should have Real Estate Sales Experience at least 2 to 4 years. 8. Good IT skills Microsoft Office / excel / and any other software. 9. Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality. 10. Good Sales acumen with proven track record in meeting targets in real estate industry. 11. Holding a bachelor degree. 12. Has Good Negotiation Skills. 13. Self-Confidence 14.Self-motivated.
