Description —Developing, Implementing sales plans and monitor alignment with the objectives of the sales department and to increase the rate of sales to be achieved. —Identifying and developing potential markets and opportunities. —Selection & Initiation new relationships with prospected business partners & maintaining partnership with existing business partners. —Supporting and further developing the existing customer base in the companys core products. —Building and training an effective team of sales representatives. —Providing assistance and guidance to the sales team to close the deal with the highest percentage of profit.
Qualifications •B.Sc. in engineering. •At least 4 years experience in Sales activities preferable in lighting.
