Description Achieve the assigned targets based on the agreed upon MBOs/KPIs. — Support and coach new staff to ease their assimilation in the MB family — Provide constructive and constant market feedback on the products improvements — Attend Monthly/weekly/daily sales meetings to ensure alliance & commitment the assigned sales target as per KPIs — Contact customers on a daily basis either by direct approaches/telephone or meetings to ensure efficient level of service — Conduct the required daily sales visit/ calls to achieve the set targets / communicated by TL — Attend the weekly target tracking meetings with SBL Team Leader to report the weekly achievement — Ensure adherence to credit parameters & products manuals to ensure its compliance with the banks standards — Ensure complete adherence to KYC & AML requirements during the case documentation process
Qualifications 2-3 years sales/banking experience is a MUST.
