Description Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that a renumbered (APV) is used to record the companies liabilities to suppliers/contractors/subcontractors 2. Credit and debit notes should be prepared accurately and as per company policy. 3. Maintains close working relations with procurement and warehousing 4. Aging accruals file for unprocessed invoices and coordinate with GL to get it recorded. 5. Prepares a monthly accounts payable trial balance conduct an integrity test to payable sub module on a regular basis.
Qualifications Bachelor in commerce, majoring in accounting. Computer literacy. Experience 3-5 years minimum. Very good communication skills. Team player. Knowledge of ERP. Good English. Very good knowledge in Excel. Organized. Good analytical thinking. Basic presentation skills are a plus
