Description Work in the field of mechanical building services (HVAC, Plumbing , Fire Fighting) in all aspects of the design process. Shall be involved in the design of small to moderate scale projects or components of large scale projects within an established budget, schedule and site requirements. Directs/mentors/ coaches less experienced staff.
Qualifications Mechanical Engineering Degree with a minimum of 8 years in the mechanical design profession, post graduation. Experience on all phases and aspects of large and complex scale projects required. Advanced knowledge of advanced engineering principles and practices, conventional technology in the specialized field, Industry Codes and Standards, project design, engineering programs and construction documentation and construction materials, CADD and mechanical hydraulic calculations programs
