Description     The Service Desk Engineer is a technical support role whose primary responsibility is to provide day to day desktop, server and network support for the organization. The Service Desk Engineer is responsible for tracking and resolving all assigned support requests through effective decision making and problem solving skills.
Qualifications    •Bachelor Degree in related field •0 – 1 year of experience in IT Support. •knowledge of Linux support and Linux system Admin is preferable. •knowledge of Asterisk VoIP is preferable.
