Description Assign projects and tasks to staff consisting of engineers, designers Develop manpower forecasts, interview and hire engineering discipline candidates. Responsible for the administration and execution of all project discipline agreements, definition of the scope of work, accountable for project profitability, and development of project work plan. Responsible for identifying training needs for subordinates and implementing department training plan.
Qualifications Electrical Engineering Degree with a minimum of 15 years in the electrical design profession, post graduation. Experience on all phases and aspects of large and complex scale projects required. Advanced knowledge of advanced engineering principles and practices, conventional technology in the specialized field, Industry Codes and Standards, project design, engineering programs and construction documentation and construction materials, CADD and mechanical hydraulic calculations programs
