Job Description
- Technical Support (CS-Tech)
Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding Network issues, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction And close case. Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
Requirements
- CCNA Background.
- Very Good in English Language.
- Graduated from faculty of engineer or computer science.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Working hours: 8 hours, 6 days work and one day off.
