Description      Our specialist teams are uniquely placed to advise at all stages of a deal from strategic inception through to due diligence to post deal. Our clients are engaging in restructuring and M&A transactions in many industry sectors around the world, and in joining our team you can play a part in helping our clients to meet their business objectives. As a Consultant, you should be able to lead and serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, performing due diligence for our key clients. You will be able to deliver within short deadlines. You will be required to analyze the Targets financial statements as well as participate in client meetings and site visits. And also, identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed. Actively contribute to report generation. You should maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues. You will want to evolve your capabilities and take your next steps in a firm thats committed to helping you achieve your potential.
Qualifications    Qualification/ Educational requirement: - Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting - Actively pursing (or planning to pursue) a relevant qualification: CPA, CFA, CMA, IFRS Diploma, etc. - Outstanding academic record Experience requirement: • 1-3 years experience in a similar role in the accounting or auditing fields; significant experience in transaction support or a relevant financial position.

Other Skills    Should have knowledge of Egyptian GAAP as well as IFRS as well as general accounting issues • Should have relationship and business development skills acquired from previous working environments • Experience in building financial models is a plus • Should have a consulting mindset and experience. • Strong presentation skills; business writing skills • Strong project management skills • Should be a self-starter with excellent commercial insight and have familiarity with the deal environment • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills • Proven ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail, with genuine appetite for growth • Analytical and well organised • Proactive nature and be able to demonstrate initiative.
