Description Received purchasing order from corporate sales department. Review price list to ensure the accuracy of process and invoices. Follow crediting of the key account (follow checks, check dates and invoices). Record checks data and compare the value of each by invoices and send copy of check to the treasury. Recording receipts deposit movements from the treasury to Oracle. Review and link the receipts and invoices. Check the invoices of the head quarter in terms of (detections from employees salaries regarding the Policy). Calculate the compensation of key accounts in case prices variables. Develop ALFA bills and other bills. Prepare and discuss with audit firm different accounts and reports. Develop all needed reports as required. Performs any other duties with the same level of authority.
Qualifications Faculty of commerce, accounting. ( English section is more preferable) 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting. Fully awareness by the accounting standards. Excellent computer skills special in (Excel, Word, Access) also Specialized programs in accounting and financial analysis and budgeting. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Very good organization skills and well disciplined.
