Description Manage and controlling major overseas accounts in direct export from the factory and managing and controlling local customers, in terms of receiving their orders, Placing the order to manufacturing. Acknowledging back the delivery date to customers based on their agreed contracts. Handling and contact foreign and local customers requirements and inquires via email and phone. Handling foreign and local customers complaint by coordinating with the related departments to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Guarantee to have the suitable packing in meeting customer requirements, Tracking export and Local shipments until same are delivered to final destination. Monitor the shipping and tracking reports and updates for incoming and outgoing shipments in order to control and update the customer , Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatching to grantee the delivery for foreign and local customers on the confirmed date,
Qualifications we are multinational company and We prefer who was working in manufacturing industry (packaging,carton,printing) and have very good experience in shipping,and customer services.
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Compensations we need who is working as customer services for operating and who working as account manager for customers in industrial field We have our transportation and we located in 6 of October
