Description You as an Export engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities: - Ensure budget (volumes) and profitable growth targets are achieved in the allocated countries. - Implement the marketing and sales strategy for the assigned countries. - Ensure high level of service provided to sales team in the allocated countries. - Ensure sufficient resources and local competences at the Front End Sales teams in the allocated countries to support the Compact Secondary Substations business strategy. - Ensure commercial and technical support to the Front End Sales teams and grant fast decision making process for offers and transfer prices. - Run country meeting to verify the performance target. - Provide the needed market information in order to define the product strategy and product development. - Collect and report market development and trends. - Follow up the implementation of the marketing and promotion actions in the allocated countries. - Develop key customers management relationships and participate in critical negotiations with the Front End Sales in the allocated countries. - Define, agree and implement Business Plans, commercial strategies and Product Launches with Front End Sales teams in the allocated countries.
Qualifications Your Bachelor Degree should be in Electrical Power Engineering with 2-3 years of experience.
