Description     — Assist in the training needs analysis process. — Support the administrative and coordination of BariQs training programs as needed. — Evaluates the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes. — Carries out auditing of the PA process. — Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet recruiting resources, walk ins, media, and employee referrals. — Screens potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening. — Reviews computation, documentation of payroll wages and deductions from employees to ensure accuracy after reporting and ensure that deviations are corrected. — Responsible for handling the monthly payroll changes and documentation required.
Qualifications    • 1-2 years of work experience. • Accredited HR certificate is a plus.
