Screen resumes to implement pool database for recruitment. Contact promising candidate for HR interview. Regular tracing for the interviews schedule Handle arrangements and logistics of employment fairs. Follow up and ensure the implementation of recruitment cycle according to the company internal policies and procedures. Conduct exit interview and set recommendation for the stated reasons. Prepare all required reports.
Qualifications Experience in recruitment is an asset • HR Certificate is preferable. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.
