Description o Responsible for the Recruitment Cycle. o Receive the job applications or CVs submitted from (Walk-in, e-mails, faxes, and referrals). o Build CV Bank: classify and screen CVs/Applications in order to build candidate pools and store in database for retrieval as and when required. o Maintains an updated and organized CV Bank & Recruitment Tracker of applicants. o Receives approved hiring requests, Contact short listed candidates, conduct phone screening investigation, conduct proper testing according to requirements, o conduct initial interviews, and coordinates with concerned department heads to schedule technical interviews. o Receive work papers from the new hires and sign the work contract with them. o Conducting new hires orientation.
Qualifications High-qualified graduates preferred Faculty Of Commerce & Law

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills computer skills and language skills are a must- Microsoft office
