Description     Performing all deductions as (mobile, medical, penalties) —Printing monthly pay slips for all employees individually indicating income, bonus, incentive and deductions —Calculating the monthly tax should be deducted from each employee —Generating updated and accurate monthly reports to Finance department including all details as social insurance reconciliation and income tax dues. —Responsible for KPI for workers —Responsible for the annual increase for all employees —Opening new account & ATM derivation —Responsible for the private health care scheme for all employees and their families —Responsible for the Statutory Sick Pay scheme, Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes
Qualifications    Bachelor of commerce •Good Command of English and computer skills •At least one year of experience in personnel •Very Good at Excel
