Description Ensure the company attraction of the rightly required candidates via proper standard of company presentation in all occasions; examples employment fairs, recruitment agencies etc.Ensure, in coordination with the compensation and benefits section, an attractive company entry pay for the required jobs.Plan the yearly recruitment requirements.Identify and use different recruitment resources, ensuring targeting the right calibers.Implement the initial screening of and interviews for candidates.Identify and use mechanism for checking applying candidates status (accepted, rejected or recalled)Make selection recommendation for departmental management. Implement employment process.Enriching technicians Data baseApplications reception, categorization and filing.Initial screening and selection according to set criteria.Initial interviewsContracts preparation Administer the required tests. Coordinate operations interviews Ensure thorough adherence to the companys requirements Issue regular reports including all data regarding internal and external hiring.Manage, motivate and lead the subordinates to achieve dept/company targets
Qualifications Excellent Interviewing skills •Excellent Communication skills •Excellent Planning & organisation skills •Excellent Leadership skills •HR Diploma/ MBA will be a plus
