Description Market Analysis: - Ensure that any complaints and/or suggestions from customers are forwarded to the appropriate individual or unit within the ABB organization, to secure a feedback to the customer. - Forward identified issues which may be converted into business opportunities to a sales person and/or manager within the unit. - Respond and give feedback to the organization about new trends/influences in the market as soon as he/she become aware of them. Marketing: - Is knowledgeable about general ABB offerings in order to be able to resolve the customers problem by utilizing resources in the organization. Sales planning: - Support the customer by acting as a source of information and/or door opener for the customer into the ABB organization. - Use the ABB internal network to match different levels at the customer with the right level of people at ABB. - Has good knowledge about the customer and the customers processes. Sales: - Produce the required documentation and support material required. - Prepare sales proposals and tender to customers and sales persons, and follow up the offers made. - Monitor ongoing purchasing when necessary and is actively engaged in added sales. Work with defined systems in order to increase ABBs added value for the customer. - Ensure that payments from the customer are received in accordance with the terms and conditions in the contract to avoid overdue payments.
Qualifications - Ideally youll hold a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in industrial / financial specialization, and 3 years of experience in customer services account or in Industrial Sales is needed. - Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
