Description — Daily cash collection correspondences with clients. — Monitor company cash flow, preparation of construction waivers of lien. — Obtain necessary subcontractor and vendor waivers of lien. — Investigate and resolve cash receipt discrepancies. — Prepare timely and accurate monthly pay requests/invoices. — Identify and communicate unbilled/late billed cost, job cost account reconciliation. — Comply with month end close schedule and any other projects as directed by the controller.
Qualifications at least 7 years exp. as Construction Project Accountant.
