Description Responsible for Hardware & Network Installation, Maintenance, network Support &Troubleshooting. — Network administration (LAN / WAN / Voice/ Internet link and remote connectivity) — Configuring network equipments (switches routers, call managers, contact centers‡‡) — Perform regular monitoring for network equipments. — Monitor network performance and detect / solve bottleneck points. — Perform and update of operational tasks documentation. — Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting for any security issue. — Periodically perform network, server scans and vulnerability tests. — Periodically provide security assessment reports. — Periodically apply Security Patches. — Perform and update of operational tasks documentation. — Perform the required configuration for the security devices FW, IDS, Switches, Servers.
Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree in telecommunication or computer engineering/science 2. CCNP Network and Security is a must. 3. Experience with Cisco Firewalls, IPS, VPN and NAC is a must. 4. CCNP Data Center is a plus 5. Experience in Cisco works is a plus 6. Willing to work overtime 7. High communication and time management skills
