Description - Identify , contact and generate leads to gain market share , promote our products & services and secure appointments with prospective customers. - Initiate and develop a strong relationship with potential clients. - To add customer information into the database and update information on returning customers. - Track all stages of the sales process from identification of leads ,making prospecting calls , follow ups to obtain key information ,booking clients appointments. - Achieve agreed sales target on a monthly basis. - Present regular reports and other related performance feedback.
Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service. - Communication and negotiation skills. - Bachelor : any. - Excellent in using computer and office applications. - confident and friendly manner. - confidence over the phone. - Ability to handle rejections and objections over the phone.
