Description participating in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts and DCs, in order to supervise all promotional activities — Developing a trade promotional plan with the key customers and channels in line with the sales manager to meet or exceed sales objectives — Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management. — Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance — Managing and evaluating trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns. — Improving visibility and execution standard by providing right tools and planogram — Collecting and analyzing relevant information about competition — Monthly report qualitative for promotional activities and events — Responsible for delivering/ implementing and tracking new launches and activities — Monitoring POS materials and replenishment
Qualifications Self motivated • High negotiation and interpersonal skills • Goal oriented
