Description     — Prepare, review and complete hiring document for employees as per the Egyptian Labor Law and internal companys policies. — Notify employees by the employment termination before reaching the retirement age — Track and prepare weekly / monthly reports for the following items for the Companys employees - Attendance - Permission - Leaves (Different Type) - Unbalance leave - Absent days without permission - Penalties - Any additional benefits and deduction — Finalize employees resignation procedure — Notify the Legal Affairs Department regarding the employees who sundered from work in its deadlines — Tracing Employees monthly movement between the Company Departments and Projects. — Implement companys policies and procedures. — Prepare all the required reports
Qualifications    • Experience in Admin. / Personnel work. • Preferable to be familiar at using HR Oracle application. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.

Education major     Accounting/ English
Experience    3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills    • Communication Skills • Computer Skills • Time Management ability. • Ability to handle multitasks simultaneously and meets deadlines. • Ability to work under pressure.
