Description Prepare, review and complete hiring document for employees as per the Egyptian Labor Law and internal companys policies. Notify employees by the employment termination before reaching the retirement age Track and prepare weekly / monthly reports for the following items for the Companys employees - Attendance - Permission - Leaves (Different Type) - Unbalance leave - Absent days without permission - Penalties - Any additional benefits and deduction Finalize employees resignation procedure Notify the Legal Affairs Department regarding the employees who sundered from work in its deadlines Tracing Employees monthly movement between the Company Departments and Projects. Implement companys policies and procedures. Prepare all the required reports
Qualifications • Experience in Admin. / Personnel work. • Preferable to be familiar at using HR Oracle application. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Communication Skills • Computer Skills • Time Management ability. • Ability to handle multitasks simultaneously and meets deadlines. • Ability to work under pressure.
