Description     — Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically. — Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, research questions using available information resources. — Advise user on appropriate technical actions, follow standard help desk procedures. — Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. — Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. — Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software. — Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. — Design, configure, and test computer hardware and operating system software. — Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
Qualifications    • B SC. – Computer Science or Similar. • A related Information Technology Diploma or Degree Program. • Relevant industry certifications (MCSE, MCSA) Experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience, supporting Windows computer systems in a corporate Active Directory network environment.
