Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supports all employees by Provides hardware, and software maintenance to ensure their satisfaction with the IT service. Supporting all function related to logistic and sales branches such as Tracking system, and oracle function . Plan and follow-up the data backup procedure for User PCs, to ensure that all the computer data is secure & available. Contribute to the preparation of the IT Helpdesk budget.
Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering -MCP certification is a must -MCSE certification is an asset. -Very Good Communication skills -Ability to work under stress -Time Management
