Description     — Issuing contracts on the company system as well as all related documents monitoring customers exposure. — Receiving contracts and all documents after being signed from the customer to be reviewed. — Corresponding with other concerned Departments and following up all pending items within the Leasing Transaction in order to proceed with the operational cycle of the file. — Issuing POs, Asset Delivery orders and traffic letters — Receiving invoices from the suppliers in coordination with BCU officers. — Maintaining and registering of the credit approval minutes and related legal documents for archiving electronically and physically. — Participating in different tasks assigned to the Department (securitization & corridor). — Settlement of the LC contracts after payment. — Implementing the Closing Contracts Procedures. — Verifying data entered on the ELS.
Qualifications    • From 0-3 years of experience in banking operations. • Serious achiever • Excellent communication & time management skills. • Interpersonal & Communication Skills • Fluent in English
