Description -Follow the number of the mobiles received from the customer service to set the work plan. -Check the results of the previous working day to arrange the duties for the staff. -Follow up percentage of the delay and pending from Cosmos reports for the concerned branches. -Received a copy of the spear parts available from the store to prepare the pending cases. -Send a spear parts requests to the Hub. -Check the accuracy of the Cosmos data and inform the employees by the mistakes. -Prepare the dealers cases to send it by Aramex. -Received the new devices from the store in the following cases (OBF-LTP-LBR-FWR) and ensure deliver it to the customers. -Reporting the situations with the dealers to enhance the work relations. -Supervise the daily call center report that showing the mobiles movements to the call center supervisor. -Follow the cost sheet that showing the cost of each case and send it to the customer services. -Responsible for all the people management affairs. -Perform any other tasks within the same level of authority.
Qualifications -University degree. -4 Years relevant experience in Maintenance operations fields. -Very good command of English language spoken and written. -Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. -Excellent organization skills and well disciplined. -High Ability of leadership.
