Job Description:
• Implement best practices methodologies in order to ensure that the most qualified candidates are attracted and recruited with all related data accurately captured
• Establish contacts with employers to create employment opportunities for students.
• Developing a network of potential partners
• Management of the alums’ CVs database
• Prepare students for later educational experiences by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks.
• Evaluate students' or individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, or professional sources.
• Present self-help or information sessions on subjects related to education and career planning.
• Plan and promote career and employment-related programs and events, such as career planning presentations, work-experience programs and career workshops.
• Gather and analyze data to contribute to strategic planning and projects, as well as set an action plan accordingly in order to answer staffing needs
• Build recruitment material and presentations needed for job fairs, open days, and other recruitment initiatives
Qualifications Required:
1- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and selection in Retail
2- Very good English level written and spoken
