Enters the invoice of the all fixed assets in the accounting package. 2-reviews invoices and compares with its attachments. 3-prepares &enters all the reports concerning the fixed assets. 4-supervises the process of the yearly fixed assets inventory. 5-participates in the budget preparation. 6-enters payable invoices in accounting package. 7-enters expense invoices on accounting package. 9-closes the monthly inventory to the matched with the general ledger. 10-review the purchasing of fixed assets for the Company, with the approved budget & prepare the Assists Consumption Rate Report.
Qualifications Hotels Accounting Experience is a must.
