Description -Follow up the daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure achieving targets. -Identify and resolve obstacles that face the sales team to be able to overcome it to ensure achieving sales targets. -Follow up the received reports from representative about their daily visits to ensure achieving the sales targets. -Keep good relationship with the customers to satisfy their needs and enhance the company image. -Create new channels for rapid distributing. -Keep track of inventory to ensure availability of products upon requests. -Attracting new customers to expanding geographical. -Design and analyze reports about market situation and send it to Area Manager. -Keep track of clients debit period. -Direct selling to some key account dealers if required. -Follow up the routing of sales reps to ensure no variances. -Meet with sales reps on daily basis to be aware of what they are facing daily and market status. -Perform other duties assigned that are related to business area.
Qualifications -Relevant experience in the field of Sales or Distribution from 3 - 5 years is a must. -University degree in any discipline. -Strong Knowledge of market researches and variables. -High Ability of leadership -Very Good command of English language & Computer literacy. -Analytical ability -Presentable and charismatic
