Description 1. Participating in the preparation and designing of the action plans and operational plans which includes objectives and strategies followed to achieve the necessary resources for the implementation of the Department activities. 2. Participating in the preparation of the necessary project documents and reports to be presented to the relevant committees of the social Fund for Development.. 3. Following-up the process for the preparation of the project contracts and procedures for transferring projects payments financed by the SFD. 4. Entering projects data on the MIS while keeping related documents. 5. following-up the financial and technical reports sent from the implementing agencies. 6. Update payments data and the progress of work on the MIS. 7. providing the necessary technical support to improve the performance of NGOs when needed and including guidance and training services undertaking any related assignments assigned to him from the upper levels.
Qualifications • university degree in finances (economics - finance - Trade - political science, etc.). • Experience not less than 3 years Preferably has practical experience in the field of community development projects. • Ability to solve problems • The ability to work within a team • Negotiation • Communication skills • Proficiency in the use of computer programs • English Language is a MUST.
