Description     Follow up the attendance for all staff and their shifts Receive and Review all Hiring documents Enter all leaves data on system and maintain record Maintenance a Complete personal file for each employee in the company Determine employee classifications and ensure completion of all appropriate documents for new employees, answer head dept. and employees inquiry regarding personnel issues. Maintain the personnel filing system Receive the newly hired employee documents and mange employee files Create, Maintains and update staff record on the HR data base Responsible for all procedures related to resignation, contract termination,‡..etc Manage and prepare monthly payroll for Factory and Head Office employees including overtime, deduction penalties Calculations Efficiently and effectively fill open position Develop and Build pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Research and recommend new source for active and passive candidates Conduct Exit interview Conduct Structured interview , test and evaluation them to hire the best candidates Makes Jobs advertising ( use internal or external recruitment ) Screen CVs and filtration them Assess in Manpower Planning Turn over analysis and Exit interview analysis Assets to create the Organization chart Write job description (T D R) and job specification (K S A ) Update the Job Description for all position
