Description Responsible for CIL information Security policies. Maintain a program of activities that ensures security policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with related law, regulation, professional standards. Establish and maintain a review and monitoring system of processes, plans, implementations, operations, and usage related to information security throughout CIL. Serve as the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Officer as required in the PCI-DSS Security standards and maintain CIL compliance status. Produce periodic reports for the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors as to the status of information security in CIL. Servicing as a liaison to regulatory and accrediting bodies for matters relating to privacy and security. Collaborating with corporate compliance, human resources, accounting, IT/IS, and other departments to ensure compliance with security requirements. Monitoring all departmental systems development and operations for security and privacy compliance. Recording and documenting all complaints/questions and their resolution Ensuring through investigation of all allegations of non-compliance with the corporate security policies or notice of information practices. Privacy and cyber security training for all employees Coordinating external audit processes of business partners
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Security Minimum 5 years in Information Technology field Experience in developing security programs Working experience in policy and regulatory environment of information security Experience in project management Information Security related certificates
