Description     The Customer Manager coordinates all the actions related to the customers allocated. He will ensure good professional relationships with these customers for the duration of the contract. He has total responsibility for all sales related to their customers. The Customer manager is fiscally responsible for developing their accounts and developing the relationships within the account. The main responsibilities are to maintain a high level of customer service ensuring continual customer satisfaction and to maximize revenue through up selling opportunities
