Data Analysts For Huawei

 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data, enjoy solving business problems, and want to kickstart their career in analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
2. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau [You're going to be using the company's ecosystem's platforms which are equivelant to PowerBI]
4. Translate business questions into analytical problems and present findings to senior level management
5. Assist in the development of KPIs and metrics for different departments
6. Collaborate with team members on projects involving marketing, sales, finance, and operations
7. Document processes, analyses, and results for future reference and reproducibility

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
1. Internship or project experience in data analytics
2. Familiarity with Huawei HIS cloud platforms or equivelant (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
3. Understanding of basic statistical techniques
