Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and well-organized Service Delivery Operations & Business Development Assistant to support daily management, reporting, internal communication, and project-driven operations for our Business Unit. This role combines elements of business development, operational coordination, and digital delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the BU Manager with daily coordination, follow-ups, and internal communication.
2. Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
3. Assist in project-centric operations—tracking timelines, risks, deliverables, and resource allocation.
4. Conduct internal business analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement points.
5. Support digital delivery activities on ISDP and similar platforms based on business needs.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, documentation, and process execution.
7. Contribute to business development activities such as research, competitive insights, and internal performance analysis.
8. Test and validate activities delivered by SMEs and support low-code adaptation work when needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, or analytical field.
2. 0–3 years of experience in business development, operations, analysis, or project coordination.
3. Fluent English is mandatory; Chinese is a major advantage.
4. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (must-have).
5. Excellent organizational skills and clear presentation ability.
6. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
7. Graphic design skills are an advantage.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
1. Experience with Huawei systems or previous exposure to ISDP platform operations.
2. Experience supporting BD teams, project management, or operational reporting.
3. Strong interest in business operations, digital transformation, and internal consulting.
