- Build strong relationships with employees across all levels.
- Drive engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns.
- Handle grievances & disciplinary issues professionally.
- Reports preparation skills.
🌟 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-1–4 years of experience in Employee Relations / HR Operations
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Very good English level
