Description You will be a member of the management team in InCaptiva Egypt Ltd with reference to the Country Manager and with a dotted line directly to the Danish CEO. You will be a cornerstone in the Cairo operation where Recruitment/HR activities are the prime focus often with direct contact to customers in Europe. Key responsibilities Determine candidate requirements by creating job description and job qualifications in coordination with the Danish office and the customers. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with customers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Work closely with customers when they are I Cairo Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and Internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Qualifications Your have a strong background as an IT Recruiter and you know the market for IT professionals. • You hold a relevant academic background and you are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. • You have a strong background as an IT Recruiter and know the market for IT professionals in Cairo • You properly have a number of years’ experience within IT recruitment and HR as a whole. • You are used to working in an international environment. • You see it as a personal challenge to find IT professional talents with strong personal as well as technical skills. • You see challenges and not problems and you attack them with creativity, initiative and determination. • You work independently and targeted with a high activity level • You work well as part of a Team and with an ability to deliver – also under stress. • Experience with IT Offshore/Nearsore/Outsourcing and European customers/companies will be considered as a plus.
