Description 1. Define localization support process and select tools. 2. Provide solutions, on time localization support and guidance to Project Management, Vendors, Translators & clients and troubleshoot localization issues via telephone, email or remote access. 3.Prepare software and web applications for localization. 4. Analyze and quote projects for existing clients. 5. Provide training & instructions for translators/vendors on the different translation programs. 6. Participate in developing the localization support process & tools. 7. Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base
Qualifications Qualifications: 1. Fresh Graduate, majoring in computing field. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Good level of spoken and written English 2. Good written and verbal communication skills. 3. Knowledge of HTML & XML technology. 4. Background in Microsoft Macros is a plus. 5. A strong desire to learn new tools processes and concepts. 6. Multi-tasking, flexible & hardworking. 7. A team player with a positive attitude. 8. Excellent technical problem solving skills.
