Description Ensures the design and implementation of all necessary HR systems (performance, management, career planning and career paths, Job descriptions and Job analysis, etc.) for the development. Coordinates the effective implementation of the performance management process; and cooperates with and supports management as and when needed. Diagnoses organizational needs; collecting, analyzing and assessing input from management and employees; and recommends the appropriate training programs and developmental activities to improve organizational effectiveness. Assists the OD Head in the implementation and maintenance of succession plans and career path policies and procedures, to ensure staffing of key position at all times. contributing thus to the improvement of company performance.
Qualifications •MBA holder. •Excellent project management skills. •A very high degree of analytic skills and emphasis on details and appropriate follow-up. •Excellent user of MS Office & good knowledge of Oracle system.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Industrial experience is a must.
