Description     - Receiving, welcoming, booking and referring visitors to the relevant individual or department. - Maintaining the reception area in a tidy condition and report any need for maintenance or repair. - Connecting callers who may be uncertain of their required contact to the most appropriate department/contact. - support to the HR & Administration Department. - Responsible of the basic clerical tasks (eg. stationary requests) and/or undertake simple copy typing as time permits.
Qualifications    - University degree - From 2 to 3 years experience - Very good command of English Spoken and Written. - Excellent Computer skills: word, excel, Internet. - Presentable - Excellent communication
