Description Developing financial budget; forecasting and planning tools and models. Consolidating the annual budgets and forecasts for all business units. Maintaining reporting procedures for meeting tight deadlines Working closely with faculty deans and heads of departments to maintain a focus on current and future financial plans. Providing assistance by communicating effectively the approved and agreed budgets with all concerned department. Controlling expenses and aligning with the budget control procedures. Generating reports to meet deadlines in accordance with GUC policy. Maintaining month-end and year-end closing. Assisting in implementation of new tools and techniques to improve budget and reporting process and system in order to increase efficiency. Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating budget policies and procedures, and making recommendations as necessary. Understanding, managing, and supervising all aspects of GUC cash flow. Providing guidance on Cash management/ Cash-flow related issues to GUC Sectors. Understanding and managing the appropriate accounting policies, procedures and processes.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance, preferably English Section/ CMA is an asset 5-10 years experience in the same position (Management Accounting) Excellent command of English Proficient use of Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook Express Strong interpersonal, analytical and team leading skills
