Description     1- Handle all customer inquiries, requests or complaints 2- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in order to report it to management 3- Collect payments from the clients 4- Coordinate the coaches and players schedules 5- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource 6- Report all revenues and expenses on a monthly basis to the Admin and Customer Service Manager 7- Report all leaves on a monthly basis to the Admin and Customer Service Manager and Chief Accountant 8- Supervise the maintenance and cleaning personnel 9- Filter & file all new registration forms for players 10- Handle all administrative activities for the boot camps 11- Ensure proper maintenance for the site such as court maintenance, bathrooms, etc.. 12- Purchase all the needed supplies for the site
Qualifications    2 years of experience as customer service
Gender    Any
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    Excellent computer skills ( word, excel and power point)
Salary (L.E.)    Negotiable
