Receptionist For UPTOWN 6 OCTOBER


 We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to manage our night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient front desk services during evening hours. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks effectively.


Job Description:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.

• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

• Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with people including staff, clients, and visitors at all levels.

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

• Answer the telephone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct office.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.

• Assist Admin department in any admin work upon request.

• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

• Update calendars and schedule meetings


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

• knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.

• knowledge of customer service principles and practices.


Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Working Hours: 8 Hrs

Location: Gezera plaza, Sheikh Zayed
