The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Answer direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
Keep other employees detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Maintain the general office filing system
Deal with complaints or problems from the clients.
Schedule / confirm appointments and maintain meeting room.
Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations.
Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree only
-0-2years of experience
-Very good command of English -language and computer skills are mandatory
-very good communication skills
