Job Title: Administrative Coordinator.

Job Location: Suez, Ain Sokhna, Factory.
Accountabilities:
Coordinate meetings, factory visits, workshops, and business events.
Arrange visitor access and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and welcome kits for factory guests.
Act as link between factory and head office for administrative matters.
Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Keep records, databases, and office supplies updated.
Manage and order office supplies and stationery for factory departments.
Support HR and Finance with scheduling, documents, and coordination.
Help with office projects, layout changes, and coordinate maintenance & Upgrades.
Must be a resident of Suez Governorate or have permanent residence in Suez Governorate.
Reporting Line: HRBP & Admin Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education Background:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Gender
Male.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
2+ years’ experience in administration or coordination, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Able to handle confidential information carefully.
